Abide.
Hosted on the 1st Friday of every EVEN month, Abide is an opportunity to join other young adults in prayer before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. The night consists of Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Praise and Worship, Confession, Prayer Teams, and a Social Hour. Come and abide!

Pint Nights
On the 2nd Thursday of ODD months we mix it up with a Pint Night - a place to connect, be encouraged by great speakers, and gather at a local brewery! This is a great space to meet new people and have a good time.

Retreats
The seasons of Advent and Lent can fill up quickly with things to do and places to be. Day retreats and speaker series offer a great opportunity to step away from the busyness and come together as a community for prayer and fellowship during these important liturgical seasons.
Small Groups
Whether its a weekly Bible study or monthly coffee, small groups are key to growing together in holiness, fostering authentic conversation and friendship rooted in Christ. To connect with Salt + Light and/or parish small groups, reach out to the small group leaders in BAND!
Pilgrimages
Experience the universal church alongside other young adults through various pilgrimage opportunities.

Recreation
Sports
No matter your athletic ability, pick-up sports offer a fun way to meet other young adults in a laid back atmosphere. From volleyball to basketball to pickleball, the friendly competition always brings an abundance of smiles and laughter with it!
And don’t forget RUN CLUB! Typically on Saturday mornings, if you are looking for some running buddies, make sure to check the BAND for details!

Service
Volunteering
Every 2nd Saturday of ODD months brings an opportunity to serve Jesus and the poor in our community by volunteering at the Matt Talbot Soup Kitchen. Food prep starts at 10:00 am with lunch served from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm.

Other service opportunities include helping People’s City Mission sorting in their donations center or serving a meal.
Mission Trips
In 2024 Salt + Light members went on a mission trip to Mexico City with Hope of the Poor serving the homeless community by sharing meals, offering companionship, and praying with those in need.
